Here is what you can expect moving forward
Proposal
Once you have decided on you package and any other add-ons I will send you a proposal customized for you with those details for you to accept. This will confirm with me that I understand what you are wanting. Once you have accepted the proposal I will send a contract with the finalized details of your package and add-on selections.
The proposal and the contract will be sent via email to the email you submitted with your contact form.
Payments
As said in the contract, your total project amount will be broken up into three equal payments. The first payment is due upon “signing” the digital contract that you receive via email. The second payment is due shortly before the wedding day, and the third and final payment is due after I have delivered your full package.
Your payments can be paid online with a digital invoice sent via email (additional processing required), or a check or cash is also perfectly acceptable.
Questionnaire
Depending on the package you select, I will likely continue to be in contact with you leading up to the wedding day. Every couple will receive a questionnaire about a month before the wedding day. By this time you will hopefully have more details and vendors locked in. If the planning process is still incomplete don’t worry just fill it out the best that you can.
This is simply to help me do the best job that I can so that you can receive the best product and experience that I have to offer.
Story Sessions
If your package includes a Story Session I like to get those on the calendar as soon as possible. We do not have to do them right away, just get it on the calendar.
You can think of a Story Session like a creative engagement session… but with video… and the footage will be merged with the final Highlight film.
Doing a Story Session has many benefits but the overall point is to capture more unique elements of your relationship to make the film that much more personal and to tell your specific story more accurately. To do that I’ll as you to brain storm together about things that you love to do together, and then we get together and I film you doing that activity together. This could be an innumerable amount of activities like picnicking, going to the movies, cooking at home, playing board games with friends, going on some kind of date together. What eve you both would like to do together!
Aside from the fun activity I will also want to do a brief interview to get more details of your story.
